Costs

All training is carried out at the client's site. The costs quoted exclude travel costs which are charged at 45p per mile. In addition to training courses support and development services are also available - costs are listed below. Telephone support is charged at £10 for the first 10 minutes and 50p per minute or part thereafter. No VAT is payable on any fees. The page Topics suggests some possible training content for the different applications. One-to-One training or desk-side support £40 per hour + travel £180 per day + travel Training for two to six people £210 per day + travel All bookings are made with the understanding that the following Terms and Conditions have been read and agreed by the client.

Terms and Conditions

Payment is due on the day that the training/consultancy takes place. Payment is accepted by cash, cheque or electronically but not by credit or debit card. Bookings cancelled by the client within three working days of the booking date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No cancellation charge will be made if a booking is cancelled due to external circumstances such as adverse weather or travel conditions. No cancellation charge will be made if a booking is cancelled due to ill health. Sally Banks reserves the absolute right to cancel any course without liability for any costs incurred by the client in making the booking.
